THE ACADEMIC PROGRAMME

South Peninsula prides itself on the wide range of subjects it has to offer its students. Believing that education cannot be compartmentalised into ‘pure academic’ or ‘commercial’ or ‘technical’ subjects, for example, SP caters for all interests and provides a holistic education for its students. Besides being an Arts and Culture Focus school. with the WCED providing funds and support for subjects in this field, the school is also part of the Dinaledi Project, which focuses on Mathematics and Science education. In addition, we have two well equipped and fully functional, fully utilised computer rooms, which enable our IT department to thrive, and provide support for many other subjects.
