Term 2 2010
The new season started off in the best possible way when the team, captained by Zayb Kippie, beat Rondebosch Boys’ High 5 - 1 at Mowbray Golf Course.
The rest of the first half of the season saw the team continue to play well, with the result that by the end of the second term the team was unbeaten, and topping the log.
Term 3
Playing against Reddam Constantia on 19 July, the team suffered its first defeat, going down 3,5 to 2,5.
On 26 July SP got back to winning ways, crushing Bishops 6 - 0.
The next match was on Monday 2 August against a combined team consisting of the best girls at various schools. Ironically both of our girls were not available. Playing one person short, our all-boy team still won the encounter 4,5 to 1,5.
