At South Peninsula students are given many opportunities to develop their leadership skills, whether they are in the more formal roles as prefects or SRC representatives, or as heads of clubs or societies, or as captains of various sporting codes. Students are encouraged to develop their leadership and social skills as they learn to cope with the responsibility of their positions.
